Team Structure
Equipped with postdoctoral research station and Guangdong technology center, and with chariness and responsibility, the innovative technical team is separated into Electrical Business Dept. focusing on high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear assemblies, Amorphous Alloy Product Business Dept. focusing on amorphous alloy 3D wound core transformer, 132kV Business Dept. focusing on 132kV transformers; and five research and development groups, including product R&D, tooling and moulds, equipment manufacturing, materials research, and testing. The team has more than 200 full-time R&D personnel, 50 intermediate and senior engineers, 137 intermediate and senior technicians, and 16 high-level talents.
R&D Strength
Invention patents: with advanced and original 3D wound core technology and switchgear assemblies, we own more than 200 patents, including 45 invention patents: 19 in China and 26 in USA, Japan, South Korea South Africa Malasia and India. (The data is continuously updated)

We are one of the major drafters of more than 20 standards among which the national standard GB/T 25438-2010 is based on our enterprise standard.

Scientific Research Cooperation
Undertake national and provincial scientific research projects;
Established a joint laboratory of silicon steel materials applications with the National Silicon Steel Engineering Technology Research Center;
Co-developed materials with DuPont (insulating paper), ELANTAS (insulating vanish), and RayiTECK (insulating film for the aerospace field).
Sell 3D wound cores and supporting winding equipment to domestic and foreign peer manufacturers. We have signed cooperation agreements with
more than 100 peer manufacturers to share the 3D wound core technology and drive the upgrade of transformer industry technology.
